Study of Bacillar Virus Mechanisms and Calculation Tools Implementation for Antimicrobial Medicine Construction.

The goal of this project is the discovery of the proper medicine against a specific virus molecule that is provided as input to the system. A system will be designed and implemented that performs an efficient 3D matching check between the structure of the input virus molecule and the structure of all known molecules (candidates) stored at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) database. The structure of the input virus molecule (possible protein) will be provided by the RCSB Protein Data Bank. Finally, it will be checked whether any interpolation between the atoms of these molecules exists. The candidate with the lower interpolation percentage is considered to be the medicine against the virus protein.
