Fish Trace project comprises the design and implementation of a number of "smart" pattern
recognition and tracing algorithms for tiny fishes during their natural environment. After the
fishes have been traced, we will compute the velocity vector (value, direction, angle) and
the popularity distribution according the depth of the tank. A serie of recoderd video of the fishes
in the surveillance tanks are provided by the Aquaculture Institute of Hellenic Centre for
Marine Research.
