The purpose of the present project is the systematic and standardised investigation of the factors that must be converted, so that a classic structured enterprise to be converted to an other, equally effective, which however will also have distributed functionality and virtual structure. The final deliverable of  the present project is the modelling of the enterprise system that should adopt a such enterprise. Concretely, the final results of the project are the modelling of distributed operational system in the form of entities, relations and activities. The standardised methodology, which will allow development enterprises of informative systems to be converted to virtual and distributed enterprises combining with software tools, which will be developed and which will support the particular way of their layout and operation.
